Ryan had been pointing out the gingerbread house kits in the stores for a while. I decided to buy one and let him put it together a weekend I was home, hoping to keep the kids from distracting daddy while he paid the bills. Ryan had a great time putting all the candy on. I was the lucky one to construct it and put the icing on. Aidan was "allowed" to do one of the cookies. Overall, a fun time. Ryan wanted to either eat it after Christmas or save it for next year. It's already falling apart so I think we'll be making another one next December.
