Stepping Stones

Stepping Stones is a program at St. Joe's hospital for babies born before 33 weeks. Maddie had her first appointment the end of August, at the adjusted age of 6 months. She weighed in at 20.03 pounds (97th percentile) and 26 inches long (95th percentile). Our baby is getting so big! She also was seen by an occupational therapist. She was very impressed with how well Maddie was sitting up by herself, something she had just started to do a few days before! She was grabbing for blocks and toys in the way the ot wanted her to. Overall, she's a very healthy baby doing things at the pace a full-term 8-month-old would be. Go Maddie!
