Our First Home Improvement Job

Rob and I became offical homeowners the end of March. We have been living in the house for the past three years and finally bought it from my mom. Our first order of business was to have the basement repairs done. They did a lot of work down there, most of which I can't even describe. That's what my husband it for. It's all done now and we should be water-free from now on. Next up is new windows, new siding and a new front porch. It's going to look like a completely different house soon!
