Jaime's Shower

My friend Jaime is expecting her first child in April. Earlier this month Maddie and I went to her shower. I made the cakes, a 'welcome baby' one and one in honor of the baby's nickname, chiquita. One of the presents I brought was a blanket crocheted by Maria and myself. We spent a lot of days at the zoo working on it, Maria crocheting the squares and me putting it together.
